We are a year-round, full-service tax, accounting and financial services firm specializing in the tax and financial problems facing individuals and small to medium-sized businesses and not for-profit entities
SBTax now has a full-time staff of 9 exceptional individuals. Our team has experience in various fields such as estate tax, payroll tax, sales tax, income tax, and other specialized areas. We have successfully handled hundreds of IRS and FTB audits and appeals.
Our staff also has the academic background and credentials to support their experience. All of our team members at least a bachelor’s degree; most have advanced degrees and credentials including:

- Masters in Accounting (MS Accounting)
- Masters in Taxation (MS Taxation)
- Masters in Business Administration (MBA)
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
